The 7z files were produced due to the size restriction in uploading this backup
Chapter 4 is missing from the plots.rar because those picture were made with panoply: www.giss.nasa.gov/tools/panoply
To write and run the simulations and the figure files I used MATLAB R2020b
To replicate the EcoGEnIE simulations, in each result folder you will find an \archive\ folder containing a ".config" file with the parameters used for the simulation itself.


Chapter 2 - Gibbs et al 2020 model and tests.rar
Contains the file to run the simulations and do basic tests of the Gibbs et al 2020 model

Contains the results from the simulation of the Gibbs et al 2020 model

Contains the file to re-make the pictures of the EcoGEnIE model (Ward et al 2018)

Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: I used MATLAB R2020b for everything apart from the EcoGEnIE which were made on server.
