Data and samples were initially collected as part of RRS Discovery Cruise DY103, June-July 2019. Environmental samples were processed at the Marine Biological Association, Plymouth UK. Environmental fungal isolates were characterised through laboratory growth experiments. No specialist software is needed to view the data. This dataset contains: An excel spreadsheet consisting of 34 data sheets, labelled with reference to specific figure numbers in the research thesis.
