Abstract

Comparative proteomic and transcriptomic analysis between ULA and 2D cell culture models of triple-negative breast cancer. Comparative proteomic analysis of ULA and 2D cell culture models of triple-negative breast cancer treated with paclitaxel (PTX) or doxorubicin (DOX). The mass spectrometry proteomics data have been deposited to the ProteomeXchange Consortium via the PRIDE partner repository with the dataset identifiers 10.6019/PXD055504 and 10.6019/PXD055519.
