This report provides a brief summary of a project funded by the Honor Frost Foundation, which aimed at establishing best practices for sharing and publishing maritime heritage data in the eastern Mediterranean (primarily for Lebanon, Cyprus, Syria and Egypt). This first-phase project involved reviewing existing data systems in the region and proposing a preliminary best practice approach.
