Chapter 2- list of publications that were manually examined using a set eligibility criteria as part of the manuscript search for the systematic review. Chapter 4- Master spreadsheet containing information on telomere length and eptype variable for all 519 CLL patients used in the statistical cohort in chapter 4. Chapter 6- Master spreadsheet containing information on variables for all 495 CLL patients used in the statistical cohort in chapter 6. Variables included in the spreadsheet are; telomere length, CNAs, and somatic mutations. All patients are from clinical trials and have been refered to using the anonymised patient ID.
