Data for this project were generated through ethnographic methods including participant observation and qualitative interviewing. This dataset contains excerpts from six qualitative interview transcripts. The data generated through this research were for my PhD thesis, "Making music in the shadow of industry: An ethnography of everyday musical experiences and working-class culture in the South Wales Valleys" This dataset is available on request to bone fide researchers after the embargo expires.
