This dataset contains: 16s rRNA amplicon sequencing, ATP assay, confocal fluorescence microscopy (Live/Dead), electrochemistry (LPR, EIS, potentiodynamic polarisation), environmental data, gravimetric analysis, sulphide microsensor data, and surface profilometry data.
