Assessing the impact of diversity schemes on career trajectories
This report summarises the findings of a study into the impact of diversity schemes on career progression in the screen industries. It draws on interviews with organisers and participants of four diversity schemes in the Yorkshire and Humber region. Interviews focused on how schemes helped participants from under-represented backgrounds to overcome barriers to access and progression in the screen industries, exploring the extent to which schemes were responsible for outcomes since they took place.
