READ ME File For Dataset accompanying the thesis of Daniel Burns - Understanding the molecular interaction between unconventional T cell antigen receptors and their ligands; paving the way for future immuno-therapy Dataset DOI: 10.5258/SOTON/D3526 ReadMe Author: Daniel Burns, ORCID ID: 0009-0000-5498-1308 This dataset supports the thesis entitled Understanding the molecular interaction between unconventional T cell antigen receptors and their ligands; paving the way for future immuno-therapy AWARDED BY: University of Southampton DATE OF AWARD: 2025 DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA This Readme file details the layout and contents of the zipped dataset file that underpins my thesis. The zipped file is split into 5 different categories, each corresponding to a 'type' of dataset, I.e. structural data or Surface plasmon Resonance data. Within each of the categories, files of the same type are found, with instructions in the corresponding readme files detailing how the data can be viewed and what each type of data contains. There are 6 readme files in total including this one. These explain the make-up of the data and how it can be interpreted. The figures that correspond to each dataset are also explained in the file titles where relevant. This dataset contains: 5 different 'types of data' corresponding to different experiment types throughout the thesis. Read me fils for each data 'type' explaining how to view and what the data means. Date of data collection: 02.2021 - 02.2024 Information about geographic location of data collection: Southampton, Oxford, Harwell, France (ESRF) Licence: CC BY Date that the file was created: 06.2025
