Dataset supporting doctoral thesis "Investigating a Role for Activity-Regulated Cytoskeleton-Associated Protein in the Mast Cell Response to Hydrogen Peroxide and Rhinovirus Infection"
This dataset contains raw and analysed data from chapters 3-5 of the doctoral thesis, "Investigating a Role for Activity-Regulated Cytoskeleton-Associated Protein in the Mast Cell Response to Hydrogen Peroxide and Rhinovirus Infection", including: • Raw CFX files from RT-qPCR experiments • Full images of western blot membranes, electrophoresis gels and microscope images • Wsp files from flow cytometry data for FlowJo • Excel spreadsheets for each chapter, detailing which samples were included in each analysis and calculations carried out • PRISM files for each chapter, also detailing which samples were included in each analysis and statistical tests carried out For RNA-Sequencing data that was used for Chapters 6 and 7, raw counts prior to normalisation and filtering are provided alongside counts data following batch correction, filtering and normalisation (counts per million (CPM) and logCPM (LCPM) matricies). These data sets are separated based on cell type. Figures used in the thesis and differential gene expression data for each comparison are included.

Abstract
