Data from 'Mapping the b-Catenin interactome' thesis
This dataset supports the thesis entitled: Mapping the b-Catenin Interactome: CRISPR-Based Functional Proteomics, Proximity Labelling, and Small Molecule Screening for Wnt-Targeted Cancer Therapy. MiniTurbo_SAINT_DATASET.zip contains the results obtained from inputting the un-anlaysed processed Mass Spec data from testing MiniTurbo technology in U2OS cells into the SAINT software and the results from Gene ontology analysis. Pathway, GO molecular function, GO cellular component, GO Biological Process were all analysed and proteins which had P<0.05 were selected as significant for analysis. MiniTurbo_Database_comparison_.zip contains comparisons between databases BIOGrid and INTACT and novel data from MiniTurbo-Affinity based purification Mass spectrometry looking at direct interactors of BAIT protein B-catenin.
