- waste_number: Number of Waste berries - see thesis section 5.2.5
- yield_weight_grams: Total weight (grams) of all harvested berries
- class1_perc_number: Percentage of berries that were Class I
- brix:  Total soluble solids content, measured using a digital refractometer — see thesis Section 5.2.6 
- avg_berry_size: Mean berry weight (grams) 
- ascorbic_acid_mg_100g_fw: Berry total ascorbic acid content per 100g fresh weight, measured by HPLC 
- malic_acid_mg_per_g_fw: Malic acid content per gram fresh weight, measured by HPLC
- citric_acid_mg_per_g_fw: Citric acid content per gram fresh weight, measured by HPLC
- theoretical_titratable_acidity: Estimate of titratable acidity derived from malic and citric acid content . See thesis section 4.2.2.2
- tss_tta_ratio: Ratio of brix to theoretical titratable acidity 
- gae_mg_per_g_fw: Total phenolic content, mg gallic acid equivalents per gram fresh weight
