We develop the wavelength-modulation heterodyne phase-sensitive dispersion spectroscopy in a tellurite hollow-core antiresonasnt fiber, which shows an improved sensitivity by a factor of 8.3 compared with conventional heterodyne phase-sensitive dispersion spectroscopy.
