Dataset in support of the doctoral thesis "Dissecting the role of CD1c-autoreactive T cells in Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection"
Dataset is from investigating CD1c-autoreactive T cell functional responses to Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) infection. Also included is dataset are responses from Jurkat T cells transduced to express CD1c-autoreactive T cell receptors (TCRs), providing mechanistic insight. To view data GraphPad Prism and Microsoft Excell software is required.
