The dataset contains 70 days of daily ratings where participants rated their symptom frequency, impact, and interference on a Likert-scale from 0-10, with higher numbers representing more symptoms, impact, and interference. The dataset also contains the pre-, post-, and follow-up outcome measures investigating psychological and physical health, interoception, and emotional regulation. The data was collected through Qualtrics, with participants receiving daily emails with links to complete the daily ratings and outcome measures at the relevant time points in the study. All data has been downloaded from the Qualtrics platform in xls format. No special software is required to view the data. This dataset contains: The dataset contains two files: 1. Qualtrics Daily Ratings, which contails the daily rating files for all 70 days of the study, INERGY day 1-70 2. Qualtrics Outcome Measures, which contains the outcome measures at the study pre, post, and follow-up timepoints - INERGY Follow up - INERGY Post outcomes - INERGY Pre outcome measures Relationship between files, if important for context: as described above.
