This dataset contains all experimental data used to generate the figures included in the main text of the manuscript. It contains pre, post and follow-up data for questionnaires measuring gratitude, sense of belonging and mood.

This dataset contains:
SPSS file 'GDP final dataset'

Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: Questionnaires were completed by participanets at three time points, pre, post and at follow-up. Their answers were inputting directly into the SPSS file. 

Methods for processing the data: the data has not been cleansed or edited. The scores from questionnaire were inputting directly onto the dataset. No missing data has been removed and no other edits made.
