Culture, Conditions and Curation: A workbook to creating an environment for effective teacher professional learning
This workbook draws on the ETC Toolkit to focus on one of the ‘three Cs’ - Culture, Conditions, Curation in turn - to guide the reader about how to create an environment for effective teacher professional learning. This output is co-designed and co-constructed in close collaboration with Early Career Teacher (ECT) Programme Coordinators from local schools. This output will serve as the core text for a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) package focused on mentorship. This text contains a collection of short videos that explore the content further, followed by reflection prompts and the chance to consider how others have engaged with this thinking in their contexts.
