Net 282 Gb/s IM/DD transmission in C-band over 3.1 km long NANF using silicon photonics TW-MZM
We demonstrate 256 GBaud OOK, 145 GBaud PAM4 and 120 GBaud PAM6 transmission in the C-band over 3.1 km long nested antiresonant nodeless fiber (NANF) using a Silicon Photonics traveling-wave Mach-Zehnder modulator (TW-MZM). We achieve performance satisfying 6.25 % overhead HD-FEC requirements.
