Interview dataset collected through the Integrate-HD II project, except direct and indirect identifiers. This dataset is supportive of the published paper entitled "Co-design of a new integrated care model with people affected by Huntington’s Disease: a mixed methods study" The interviews are semi-structured and individual, taken with service users (SUs) and service providers (SPs) living with Huntington's Disease or supporting people with Huntington's Disease care. A total of 24 participants were consented and interviewed between January and June 2024, 15 SUs and 9 SPs.
