The zipped folder contains the following 7 csv files and 1 folder titled "Benthic_Images" which contains 10 JPEG site analysis images. Data are categorized by site location (Lagoon & Fore Reef as specified in main text) and sensor output (CTD, pH, TA, Chlorophyll, pCO2). All files and images here support the data, figures, and analysis in this publication: 1.
