The vehicle was deployed an recovered from the shorelines of Plymouth, UK. The zipped folder contains the following 3 csv files that support the data, figures, and analysis in this publication: All data files contain data collected from the Autosub Long Range (ALR) Underwater Vehicle, separated by sensor type and therefore measurement frequency. For all data, depth is in meters(m). 1. All_ALR.csv -This is a 2960339x13 timetable of data with headers of high frequency (1 hz) physical and biogeochemical data output from the ALR during the entire deployment. This includes timestamp, location, depth, temperature, conductivity, pressure, dissolved oxygen, etc. 2. ALR_LOC_pH.csv -This is a 858x20 timetable of pH data from the Lab-On-Chip sensor onboard the ALR with header "Adjusted_pH" (column 20). The pH data reports measurements every ~ 60 minutes and is time-matched to ALR output data therefore containing data that overlaps with some of "All_ALR.csv" and "ALR_SF_pH.csv". 3. ALR_SF_pH.csv -This is a 49184x21 timetable of pH data from the SeaFET pH sensor (header name "pH",column 21) onboard the ALR. The pH data reports measurements every 60 seconds and is time-matched to ALR data output therefore containing data that overlaps with some of "All_ALR.csv" and "ALR_LOC_pH.csv" Please direct any questions to the corresponding author Emily Hammermeister (e.m.hammermeister@soton.ac.uk)
