This dataset contains anonymised information regarding the patient referrals over a 3 month period (from 1st January to 31st March 2024) into the Southampton Chronic Pain Service. The data content includes: age, gender, record of a mental health diagnosis, the class of mental health diagnosis, anxiety and depression scores, whether they had received mental health treatment, referral source, and whether they were accepted into the service.
