The file Intervention Results.xlsx contains all key kinematic results related to both vertical kicking and power tower interventions.
This document contains four sheets, with results presented as follows:
Within sheet 1 named 'Full Kick Results' are the key metrics measured pre and post both interventions. 
Within sheet 2, named 'Intervention Trials' are the key metric results measured during the two interventions. 
Within sheet 3 named 'VK Angles' are the angular kinematic data related to the vertical kicking intervention. 
Within sheet 4 named 'PT Angles' are the angular kinematic data related to the power tower intervention.
