Dataset showing number of T cells/area in human grey and white brain matter. T cells in immunostained human brain tissue were quantified using QuPath.

Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: Data was collected by quantifying T cells/area in immunostained human brain tissue using QuPath. 

Methods for processing the data: Data was analysed using SPSS statistical software.
