The convenience sampling method was employed to sample the first 25 reviews that met the criteria on Maoyan and Taopiaopiao under the "default mode" in the "sort by" tool. Additionally, the coding process evaluated the general sentiments of reviews regarding these factors, which were categorised as "Positive", "Negative", or "Neutral".
