To match the data in the thesis, the chapter number in the file name corresponds to where the data were presented. -------------------------- METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION -------------------------- Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: Electrochemical data (EIS and potentiodynamic polarisation) were collected using a GAMRY INSTRUMENTS REFERENCE 600 potentiostat, using DC105 and EIS300 software. Other specific experiment details were stated in Chapter 3 in the thesis. Methods for processing the data: The fitting work for electrochemical data was processed using the Gamry Echem Analyst.
