This file serves as a guide to the data files for Studies Two and Three of the thesis. Data for Study One is reported within the thesis itself.

Study 2: Study 2 Data - Anonymised.csv

Overview

This file contains anonymised participant-level data used in Study 2 of the thesis. Study 2 focused on the development and testing of an autism-informed adaptation of the Schizotypal Personality Questionnaire-Brief Revised, referred to in the thesis as the SPQ-BRAID. 

Demographic information is reported in initial columns.

AQ-10: AQ1 - AQ10 report the participant scores for each item of the AQ-10.
SPQ-BR:	Thirty-two schizotypy item responses, plus one attention-check item. The item codes and questions are reported from SPQ-BR1 to SPQ-BR32.
SPQBR_TOTAL:	Total SPQ-BR / SPQ-BRAID schizotypy score.
SPQPOS:	Positive schizotypy subscale score.
SPQNEG:	Negative schizotypy subscale score.
SPQDIS:	Disorganised schizotypy subscale score.

Overview

This file contains anonymised participant-level data used in Study 3 of the thesis. Study 3 examined associations between autistic traits, schizotypy/psychosis-spectrum traits, early adverse experiences, and camouflaging across autistic, psychosis, and general population participants.

MACE data are reported through the MACE item and timing columns, corresponding to columns BB to EY in the spreadsheet. For each item, a binary Yes/No response is reported. If the participant answered “Yes”, the following column reports the age or ages, in years, at which the event took place.
