Nanoporous semiconductor-based metamaterials
Nanoporous semiconductor-based metamaterials

Growth of periodic nanoporous CdTe and ZnO metamaterials is developed and characterised. We model the induced birefringence and measure the charge transport and density of surface states in the films.
