In recent years we have embarked on a series of exciting
changes, including the development of a four year
graduate programme, a widening access programme and
interprofessional education. The challenges facing our
teachers are increasing all the time as they adapt to
changes within the NHS, more diversity in the student
body and changing public expectations. In response to the
demands on teachers and to enable changes within the
medical curriculum, we have invested heavily in staff
