When Sam met Angie: the balanced scorecard for SMEs

When Sam met Angie: the balanced scorecard for SMEs
When Sam met Angie: the balanced scorecard for SMEs
This book is aimed at making strategy and performance management easily accessible to a very large under-served business audience, the small and medium enterprise (SME) manager. The book is written in an easy-to-follow style which brings business school management theory to a wider audience. Each chapter is succinct and introduces the theory, shows you how to apply it and offers some take-away ideas which can be applied in the manager's own timenmanagement and applying them to our personal and business lives through real situations...and allows us to come along for the journey. Thanks to this special book these concepts are no longer hoarded by academia or large corporations, but available for any of us to apply in a pragmatic way.
