Acousto-optic superlattice modulator using fibre Bragg grating
Acousto-optic superlattice modulator using fibre Bragg grating
We report the first demonstration of an efficient acousto-optical superlattice modulator in a single-mode fibre Bragg grating, operating at 1.53µm and producing in reflection mode a single side-band signal shifted in frequency by 11MHz.
