Dataset supports the thesis entitled 'Tailored Polydimethylsiloxane Circuit Encapsulation for Washable and Mechanically-Deformable Proximity and Touch Sensing Electronic Textiles for Wearables and Beyond' by Olivia Ojuroye. Data collected from washing tests of capacitive touch and proximity sensing e-textile fabric swatches developed as part of Olivia Ojuroye's PhD research. The washing tests were conducted at varied washing settings (related to spin speed) with a commercially-sourced washing machine with consumer-sourced detergent and fabric conditioner.
