  This dataset contains reflectivity and resonance Raman spectroscopy data obtained on hBN encapsulated monolayers and heterostructures of MoSe2 and WSe2 at 4 K. This data underpins the paper with preliminary title: "Excited Rydberg States in TMD Heterostructures".
