This dataset (47.3GB) is available on request please complete the request form at https://library.soton.ac.uk/datarequest DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA 1. Images of biofilms grown by three different assays: static micro-title plate assay, dynamic assay in drip flow reactor, dynamic biofilms grown by designed and fabricated device. Images include developed biofilms after 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours and after exposure to different reagents. 2.Excel file of data obtained from ImageJ software for biological images analysis. 3.Autodesk 123D files of device development steps.
