Dataset supports thesis titled: The Regulation of Daily Activity and Feeding Rhythms of the Economically Impactful Lepidopteran Pest Plutella xylostella, by Tyler, CJ (2023). Attached dataset consists of Excel data files zip containing the quantitative data used for the production of figures, tables and analyses in the above thesis. Raw data files zips are also included that provide the original data generated through the various data collection methods used, detailed in the thesis. These consist of text and image files analysed using specific software as well as specialised eds files produced by qPCR analysis software. The use of these files and file structure within zips is detailed in the attached readme supporting file.
