The data includes R markdown file and contains single cell RNA Sequencing data from 23 oesophageal cancer patients tumours and matched normal samples. All samples taken processed and analysed at Southampton General Hospital Licence: Creative Commons Attribution CC-BY Related projects/Funders: Study name: Upper GI Tumour Ecology: IRAS 233065, ERGO 45334.
