Dataset supporting the University of Southampton Doctoral Thesis "The Impact of listening strategy-based instruction on self-efficacy, motivation, self-regulation and L2 listening comprehension in Saudi mixed-ability university classrooms". This dataset contains: -Designed lesson plans - a teacher's diary - data from statistical analyses - Excel sheets - the coding process - Scripts used during the exams The dataset encompasses a comprehensive collection of information derived from this study's targeted educational intervention conducted between September and December 2021. This multifaceted dataset is rich in diverse components, including questionnaire results, statistical analyses files, coding documents, lesson plans specifically crafted for the intervention, and a detailed teacher's diary.
