Following consent, participants were sent outcome measures via Qualtrics (at start and post intervention) • Mood Disorder Questionnaire (MDQ) • Hypomania Interpretations Questionnaire (HIQ-10) • Patient Mania Questionnaire-9 (PMQ-9) • Brief Hypomanic Attitudes and Positive Predictions Inventory (HAPPI) • The Sense of Hyper-Positive Self Scale (SHPSS) • The Readiness Ruler • Our own Likert scales as detailed in the document “Questionnaires”.
