Dataset supporting the paper 'Observation and enhancement through alkali metal doping of p-type conductivity in the layered oxyselenides Sr2ZnO2Cu2Se2 and Ba2Zn1-xO2--xCu2Se2'
This publication reports the synthesis of 2 new layered oxychalcogenides materials, characterised by PXRD< SXRD and nuetron diffraction. The data set contians the cif files resulting from the analysis of this diffraction data.
The zip also contians an excel file including raw XRD data and diffuse reflectance data.
