The data consists of two Excel files. The first file is the first paper data, which was harvested from Twitter platforms for six insurance firms in Saudi Arabia. In addition, the second file is the data for the third study, which was collected using a questionnaire from Saudi/resident customers who had experienced purchasing motor insurance from Saudi insurers.
