This dataset contains: Luciferase data - contains luciferase assay data for both cell viability and activity assays that is recorded on GraphPad. MST - contains KDs for compounds that bound to HIF-1a, also recorded on GraphPad. qPCR - contains gene expression response in cancer cells to treatment with cyclic peptide PROTACs. Data analysed on GraphPad. Western blot - contains information about the degradation of HIF-1a in cancer cells. Measured using Empiria Studio and data analysed quantitatively on GraphPad. NMR characterisation - contains characterisation data of compounds analysed on ACD labs.
