This dataset supports the publication “High Efficiency and Responsivity Universal Silicon Modulator and Detector for the O-band”. It contains microscope images of the fabricated devices, experimental DC and S-parameter measurements (EO/OE bandwidth) for modulator and detector operation, and numerical simulation results from Silvaco and Lumerical (bias-dependent carrier/band data and optical phase/effective-index outputs).
