Dataset in support of the publication 'Human equivalent doses of L-DOPA rescues retinal morphology and visual function in a murine model of albinism'
Dataset in support of the publication 'Human equivalent doses of L-DOPA rescues retinal morphology and visual function in a murine model of albinism'
Dataset includes animal details (sex, age, experimental group), and raw data for all in-vivo experiments outlined in the manuscript 'Human equivalent doses of L-DOPA rescues retinal morphology and visual function in a murine model of albinism'.
For ERG experiments, the a- and b- wave amplitudes and implicit times are noted.
For OCT experiments, the thickness of each retinal layer is shown.
For Optomotry experiments, the spatial frequency (measured in cycles/degrees) is shown for each of clockwise and couterclickwise in both vertical and horizontal motions.

Abstract
Dataset includes animal details (sex, age, experimental group), and raw data for all in-vivo experiments outlined in the manuscript 'Human equivalent doses of L-DOPA rescues retinal morphology and visual function in a murine model of albinism'.
For ERG experiments, the a- and b- wave amplitudes and implicit times are noted.
For OCT experiments, the thickness of each retinal layer is shown.
For Optomotry experiments, the spatial frequency (measured in cycles/degrees) is shown for each of clockwise and couterclickwise in both vertical and horizontal motions.
