Deposit of my data generated during for my PhD thesis. Data is available for each of the main results chapter; chapter 2, 4, and 6. Chapter 2- list of publications that were manually examined using a set eligibility criteria as part of the manuscript search for the systematic review. Chapter 4- Master spreadsheet containing information on telomere length and eptype variable for all 519 CLL patients used in the statistical cohort in chapter 4. Chapter 6- Master spreadsheet containing information on variables for all 495 CLL patients used in the statistical cohort in chapter 6. Variables included in the spreadsheet are; telomere length, CNAs, and somatic mutations. The data included in "Chapter4_totalcohort" is associated with a publication (DOI: 10.1111/bjh.19765).
