Dataset to support the paper 'The effects of skill practice on underwater fly kick development'
This data supports the publication 'The Effects of Skill Practice on Underwater Fly Kick Development' in the International Journal of Sports Science and Coaching Provided are the kinematic results related to both the vertical kicking and power tower interventions (Intervention_Results.xlsx). Within sheet 1 named 'Full Kick Results' are the key metrics measured pre and post both interventions. Within sheet 2, named 'Intervention Trials' are the key metric results measured during the two interventions. Within sheet 3 named 'VK Angles' are the angular kinematic data related to the vertical kicking intervention, and those related to the power tower intervention are located in sheet 4 named 'PT Angles'.
