This dataset contains collated statistics on the demographic composition of the the amateur collection at WFSA. The data was collected through a range of techniques including collection survey (manually extracted from the catalogue) and has been supplemented with information gathered from documentary sources, depositor questionnaires and interviews. Dataset supporting the University of Southampton Doctoral Thesis "Exploring Gender and Class in the Amateur Film Collection of WFSA 1895-1950".
